Areas of Specialism:

During my practice I have worked with a number of issues,such as:- Torture victims, Bereavement, Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Low self-esteem, Domestic violence, Sexual abuse and Bullying

Background:

I have a very varied and experienced background within counselling. I have gained diverse experience within a local GP's surgery, and also Well Women Centre, and am able to offer guidance and support to both males and females with a range of issues.

I feel I am able to offer an excellent service to a variety of clients and am able to offer an empathic and confidential environment for you to feel relaxed and comfortable. My practice is governed within the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Ethical Framework.

I am currently an Outreach worker, working with vulnerable teenage girls,and I am also a volunteer Independent Visitor for children within Social Care.
